Update : Suspect refused polygraph test

CHICAGO - The convicted felon suspected in the slayings of actress-singer Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew told police he is innocent but balked at taking a lie-detector test, a police official said.

William Balfour, the 27-year-old stepfather of Hudson's nephew and estranged husband of her sister, told detectives he had a good relationship with the Hudson family, the police official said Wednesday, speaking on condition of anonymity because the official was not authorized to discuss the case publicly.

When detectives asked Balfour to take the polygraph test, he stopped cooperating and refused to take the test, said the official, who is familiar with the investigation.

HOT 107.9's, Mizz Shyneka Accused of Stealing From Department Store

Written by Gyant

It's being reported that HOT 107.9 radio personality, Mizz Shyneka has done went and get herself caught up in a scandal. WSBTV, anchor Jovita Moore just reported that the "queen of controversy" and her rapper David Smith AKA Montanna The Mack were accused of stealing from a local mall resulting in both of them being detained and question over the incident for hours.

Shyneka expressed her anger over the embarrassing and reportedly false accusation. It happened at Arbor Place mall in Douglas County. By their accounts, David was trying on different polo shirts in Dilliards, and ended up purchasing two of them [which he had a receipt for] . However, security of the popular retailer is saying that Mr. Smith stole the shirt, that Smith is claiming that he was wearing when he entered the department store.

While I can't stand the chick, Shyneka is no theif. And it's sad that in 2008 young black American's continues to come under attack by racial profiling. I mean we all know homegirl's money isn't what it used to be with her new move to the late night hour and all, but I don't think Shyneka would result to lifting clothes.

And it looks like Richardson and Smith aren't playing around because they've gone and retained legal counsel with Atlanta's legal pitbull in a skirt, Phadedra Parks. If I'm not mistaken Phaedrea reps the angry lesbian with no soul. [but don't quote me on that one I could be wrong]

So Sad...

After hours of speculation, more sad news follows R&B superstar Jennifer Hudson as the body of a child discovered earlier today (October 27) has been identified as her seven year-old nephew.

According to the Chicago Tribune, police have reportedly informed the Hudson family that the child corpse found in the back seat of a white Chevrolet Suburban that the cops have been searching for has turned out to be Julian King.

The discovery came shortly after a local 75 year-old resident tipped off police of the vehicle's unfamiliar presence in his neighborhood around South Kolin Avenue.

"I didn't look in there. I didn't touch it. I knew it was a strange vehicle," John Louden told Tribune. "I feel bad about that baby."

As previously reported by SOHH, the singer's nephew was announced missing and police believe his stepfather, William Balfour, may be behind his death.

Her mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were discovered murdered in the family's Chicago home on Friday. Balfour, who had not been involved with Hudson's sister for some time, was arrested hours after the discovery and is being considered the prime suspect.

Jim Jones S.L.U

By Jokesta
New York rapper Jim Jones doesn't seem to be too pleased with being left out of T.I.'s mega-collabo track "Swagger Like Us."

In a recent interview with Complex magazine, the Harlem diplomat expresses his distaste with the song saying he was deliberately left off collabo featured on T.I.'s latest LP, Paper Trail.

"I think it was deliberate. I really do think it was deliberate; maybe in my sick twisted mind I’m a little crazy. People know who set the precedent as far as fashion in this industry and people know who damn near changed the world as far as fashion.

You look at people, they went from the urban world of clothing, back when Rocawear and Sean John was cool. And then in the past 5 years I stepped in and gave them a taste of what rock and roll looks like from my side. I guess people would say from an urban side, and it seemed to catch on like wildfire, to the point that people was going to stores and asking for that Jim Jones look."

Jones also says he's putting together his own version of the track and even provided a snippet featured below.

"Me and Juelz had Chink do our own beat, I have Weezy’s verse in my inbox right now and we kept the hook of that song because it was a sample. So we’re going to put that as a bonus track on the album, and put it to the streets. “No one on the corner got swag like you we don’t Rocawear that’s for fags like you

Ricky Ross

By Reign

Self-proclaimed "boss", Miami rapper Rick Ross has admitted he once held down a gig as a correctional officer. After being questioned numerous times, and adamantly denying it, many were still convinced otherwise. Well it turns out that those who DID think it was true...were right.

Ross sat down with a magazine recently and explained himself. He was shown a picture of the CO photo and was asked, point blank, if that was him or not.

"Yes. It's me." He also added, "I never tried to hide my past. I put my name inside my cds. My company has my SS#. I could've put a company name... I done been up and I done been down and that's what makes me what I am. I never ratted on a nigga. I never prosecuted a nigga. I never locked up a nigga, that's first and foremost. I always felt that me being the nigga that I am, I never owed a nigga an explanation... When I'm making my music and I'm talking about blow, it's because I did it. When I say that I'm rich off cocaine, it's because i did it. Those are the street principals that apply."

Lil Wayne & Juelz Santana Showing off their DIAMONDS

Kayne Back At It..lol

Kimbo Slice... You Got Knocked Tha F@%$ Out..LMAO

Im Kinda late BUT....They got O.J.

LINDA DEUTSCH

LAS VEGAS - Thirteen years to the day after being acquitted of killing his wife and her friend in Los Angeles, O.J. Simpson was found guilty of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room.

The 61-year-old former football star was convicted of all 12 counts late Friday after jurors deliberated for more than 13 hours. He released a heavy sigh as the charges were read and was immediately taken into custody.

Simpson, who went from American sports idol to celebrity-in-exile after his murder acquittal, could spend the rest of his life in prison.

His attorney said he would appeal.

Many people considered the four-week trial justice delayed. Simpson was cleared in 1995 of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, in one of the most sensational trials of the 20th century, but was later found liable for the deaths in a civil case.

"I don't like to use the word payback," defense attorney Yale Galanter said. "I can tell you from the beginning my biggest concern ... was whether or not the jury would be able to separate their very strong feelings about Mr. Simpson and judge him fairly and honestly."
